The family of Elderly Wade Pyatt, including his wife Roberta Pyatt and daughters Wadena Pyatt and Liltesha Pyatt, has initiated legal proceedings against Hilton Hotels, seeking $700 million in damages. The lawsuit alleges serious violations including racial slurs, racial bias, disability discrimination, physical assault, invasion of privacy, breach of contract, harassment, and retaliation.
