The family of Elderly Wade Pyatt, including his wife Roberta Pyatt and daughters Wadena Pyatt and Liltesha Pyatt, has initiated legal proceedings against Hilton Hotels, seeking $700 million in damages. The lawsuit alleges serious violations including racial slurs, racial bias, disability discrimination, physical assault, invasion of privacy, breach of contract, harassment, and retaliation. These incidents reportedly occurred at the Hilton Homewood Suites in Plainview, NY and Hilton Hampton Inn, Islandia, NY, involving management and staff members.
