ISM has selected two Source One consultants for its annual 30 Under 30 List of innovative young professionals making waves in the field of spend management.

WILLOW GROVE, PA, February 27, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ — Source One, a Corcentric company, is proud to announce that two of its spend management consultants, Kaitlyn Krigbaum and Elizabeth Skipor, have been named as Supply Chain Rising Stars by the Institute for Supply Management (ISM). Both are included on ISM’s ’30 Under 30′ list for 2019. Recognizing providers and practitioners alike, the list offers an annual snapshot of Procurement’s most impactful young professionals.

Through the 30 Under 30 Program, ISM recognizes emerging procurement and supply chain talent for their passion, creativity, and contributions to the function’s evolution. Skipor and Krigbaum make the list for their impact in breaking down siloes between Procurement and other business units and elevating Procurement’s role to deliver on enterprise-wide objectives. As advocates for the function, they empower clients to leave tactical processes behind and make Procurement a valued strategic ally.

Joseph Payne, Source One’s VP of Professionals Services, shares, “We’re honored to see Kaitlyn and Elizabeth make ISM’s prestigious list of rising supply management talent. At Source One, we take pride in creating a workplace culture that encourages our team to challenge the status quo to deliver the best results for our clients. This recognition validates our work to foster creative problem solving and encourage an unmatched focus on the needs of our customers.”

The past year has seen both winners evolve in their work and identify new opportunities to drive Procurement’s value. For Skipor, this has meant accepting a lead role on Source One’s Marketing Procurement team. Bridging the gap that often exists between the two functions, she provides for world-class agency relationships and optimal budget allocation. Krigbaum, too, is commended for her success in a category that is often considered ‘off-limits’ to Procurement. Leading Source One’s Human Resources practice, she is a trusted advisor for companies looking to invest in and better manage HR tools, programs, and third-party providers.

Skipor and Krigbaum make this year’s 30 Under 30 list alongside professionals from a variety of other industry-leading organizations, including GlaxoSmithKline, Shell, The Boeing Company, Starbucks and more. The 30 Under 30 winners will be formally recognized by ISM during its Annual Conference in Houston this April.

Source One returns to the Institute for Supply Management’s Annual conference as both exhibitors and sponsors of their premier executive sub-conference, ExecIn. ISM2019 attendees are encouraged to visit Booth #438 to meet members of the team, including its 30 Under 30 winners.

For senior-level professionals attending the Annual Conference, ISM2019 offers a unique executive experience through ExecIn. The two-day private event boasts its own high-impact agenda featuring additional presentations from the conference’s keynote speakers. Executives from non-consulting organizations with revenues greater than $1.2B are encouraged to contact Carole Boyle ([email protected]) for more information.
