1231 4th Street sold to an owner-user. The building is +/- 6,270 square feet on +/- 6,007 square feet of land in the heart of Downtown Santa Monica, one block from Third Street Promenade. The two-story property, a former yoga studio, features high ceilings, multiple office spaces, and parking in the rear.
