National Competition Praises Skyline’s Community Excellence & Progressive Marketing
PASADENA, CA, February 13, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ — Pardee Homes Los Angeles Ventura has added multiple new honors to its roster of accolades for Skyline in Santa Clarita, with most recent awards bestowed in The Nationals. This renowned competition of the homebuilding industry drew nearly 1250 entries in this year’s program. Recognizing high achievement in community excellence, new home designs, and marketing prowess, The Nationals celebrated Silver and Gold Award winners at a January 25 gala of the International Builders Show (IBS) in Las Vegas.

Skyline’s 5 National honors include a Gold Award for Best Digital Marketing Campaign for Skyline branding and grand opening outreach; and 4 Silver Awards for: Best Master Planned Community; Best Detached Home under 2,000 square feet/Sola Plan 1; Best Sales Center/Sola at Skyline; and Best Special Promotion for Skyline’s grand opening campaign.

Little reported consistently strong buyer response to Skyline’s award-winning planning, design and marketing, with 267 sales from November 2018 through December 31, 2019. He noted that more than 12,269 new home shoppers have registered their interest in the new homes of Skyline, which in 2020 will include additional new home designs.
The 2020 Nationals honors add to a roster of awards for Skyline bestowed in the 2019 Gold Nugget Awards and The SoCal Awards. Skyline earned high marks in all three programs for community site planning, development and amenity; for individual home design and model merchandising; for sales offices and for marketing elements that include signage, brochure, advertising, digital marketing and special promotions.
