A SECOND CONSECUTIVE STEVIE CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD FOR WebCE
DALLAS, TX, March 09, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — WebCE®, a leader in continuing education service and support, has been named a winner of the Bronze-Level Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category for the second consecutive year during the 17th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
The 2023 Stevie Awards, a top honor for customer service professionals, considered more than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry across 49 nations and territories. WebCE was one of ten Bronze Stevie Award winners in the Customer Service Department of the Year (All Other Industries) category.
The WebCE Support Services team, led by Jordan Smith, implemented several original approaches to improve both the quality of their support and, as a result, customer satisfaction—an effort again recognized by the Stevie Awards. WebCE was also a 2022 Bronze-Level Stevie Award winner in the same category.
