Program Open to New and Longtime Employees

KALAMAZOO, MI, July 06, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — The Kalamazoo College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving®, an award-winning company and industry leader in stress-free solutions for moving needs, is launching a tuition reimbursement program for employees. The program is to help encourage employees to further their skills and build leaders who will succeed not only in the workplace but in their lives outside of work as well.

Employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement from day one. Those who have worked for HUNKS 0-6 months will receive $350 per semester. Employees who have worked for HUNKS for more than 6 months – 1 year are eligible for $550 per semester. Employees who have worked for HUNKS for 1 year – 2 years are eligible for $750 per semester. Employees who have worked for HUNKS for more than 3 years are eligible for $1,000 per semester. All employees must stay employed throughout the entire semester and payment will go directly to the school or the employee who shows the tuition was paid.

All colleges are applicable as long as they reach the requirements for tuition assistance. Employees must meet a 3.0 GPA per semester and the Kalamazoo HUNKS team will do monthly reviews and wellness checks to ensure school and work is going well and employees are able to succeed at both places.
